Terms and Conditions of Rental
- Booking Confirmation:
To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required.
The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before the scheduled arrival date.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 4 weeks or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund, minus the initial deposit.
Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is 2 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Occupancy Limits:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
5. House Rules:
Guests are expected to adhere to a no-smoking policy inside the apartment.
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed upon.
Excessive noise and disruptive behavior that disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance:
The rental includes 1 cleaning service per week.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee.
7. Property Condition:
Guests are responsible for treating the property with care and returning it in the same condition as upon arrival.
Any damages or losses must be reported immediately, and repair or replacement costs may be charged.
8. Amenities and Services:
Guests have access to 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living room, Work Space, Balcony.

Additional services or amenities not specified in the agreement may be available for an extra fee.
9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law:
Any disputes arising from this rental agreement will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Slovenian Jurisdiction in Ljubljana, and the courts of Slovenian Jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction.
